MY COUNTRY IS STILL UNDER MARTIAL LAW

The reason for this is because she has not recalled the provision on Proc. No. 1017 in which she mandates the members of the armed forces to maintain law and order, prevent or suppress lawless iolence and to enforce obedience to all the laws and decrees.
